The Details of Our Photo Sessions:

Thank you for choosing to work with photographic artist Louise Freeman and her team. Whether we are designing your professional session or capturing your wedding event, we are honored to create with you.

My Creative Philosophy
My career began in the photographic world of high fashion, so the creative team—including hair, makeup, and clothing styling—is incredibly important to me. The more I learn about your desires and vision, the better I can visualize your event taking shape. My goal is to make your session easily attainable through a mindful, prepared approach so you can truly enjoy your event. I  also utilize my direction skills to lead my subjects to a wide variety or posess and moods for each set of the session. 

The Path to Success
As working artists, we aim to be as creative as possible while maintaining a clear plan of achievement. We believe that a perfectly  planned session—whether it is a four-hour shoot or a three-day wedding event, it is the "sweet spot" where the magic happens and you shine at your best. To get there, I love to become immersed in the details with you through pre-session meetings to discuss your goals, wishes, and team structure. Once the logistics are settled, we can focus on the true enjoyment of the event.

On-Site Coverage & Team for Weddings

• The Team: We typically offer 1,2 or 3 photographers and/or videographer on set. Estimates for additional crew can be provided based on your needs and described below.
• Choreography: We choreograph our teams and those being photographed so that plans are achieved quickly and creatively with minimal stress.
• Scale: Coverage is scaled based on the size of your guest list and event attendants.

Scheduling, Rescheduling & Payments

• Scheduling: Any and all sessions are confirmed and held with payment
• Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice and must be re-booked within one year of the original date. Weddings may be rescheduled upon request with 30 days advance notice.

• For weddings, we offer packages to assist with financial planning; however, additional purchases can always be made during or after the event.

• Payments: We accept Zelle and Venmo. Please call to set up payment details. 706-633-0959

Booking & Investment for Weddings

• Reservation: A 50% reservation deposit is due on the date of our initial meeting commitment. The remaining balance must be completed in full 30 days prior to the session date.
• Wedding Estimates: Wedding fees are customized based on event size, guest count, location, travel, and lodging.                     
• We also factor in the number of photographers and videographers required.
• Travel: Travel expenses, on-site food, and beverages are to be provided for the team.
• Contracts: All weddings require a signed contract by all parties to secure the date.

The Gallery Reveal & Additional Services
Following your session, we will meet for your Gallery Reveal appointment. This is where you will make your final heirloom selections.  We offer a range of additional services, including:

• Fine Art Printing ,Wall Art & Framing
• Custom Books & Albums
• Full Digital Sets

Wedding Books: 

• Starting at $3800.00

Wall Art Packages:

• Starting at $1800.00
• Frames and mats  created with consideration of size of destination for final  display
• All framing is created for shipping and is available with Plexiglass only

Digital Retouched Investment Packages:

• 30 Images: $5000.00
• 20 Images: $3500.00
• 10 Images: $1750.00
• 5 Images:   $875.00
• 1 Image:     $250.00
