Lou Freeman Wedding Photography coverage starts at:
$2900.00-$3900.00 for 8-10 hours of coverage for the event. You will be provided with a link for viewing.
Includes myself as the main photographer + one assistant for parties up to 50.
All Fees are based on time & location plus number of quests and attendants. With full explanation of event estimates can be provided. If event scope changes or increases then additional funding may be required.
Once commitment & payment is made for the event, we like to be involved with the planning and work in tandem with the Planner, Bride and Groom to confirm we plan for the most creative images to be executed and that we can fully cover your event as well as look the best in your process of the day. Timing and planning is essential and a shot list created upon planning meeting.
Most of the best images created from the day can best be created in advance of the actual wedding so we know it is our job to be involved each step of the way to make you look the best we can. More Details can be shared in advance upon commitment.
Full estimates and payments can be prepared for each event and are paid due upon commitment.
Cancellations are available with refund up to after 7 days after commitment and payment is made.
Add- ons:
Travel, parking and food for crew are additional costs. The costs are billable and expected with initial payments.
Additional hours can be purchased to extend time before or after the wedding and receptions with a max of 10 hours booked at the event. This can include 1-2 additional photographers as well as myself.
All larger weddings parties require additional 2nd and 3rd photographers to provide ample coverage of your event.
All fees can have add-ons such as videographers can be booked through our service and additionally added.
If anyone would like to create a plan or do something more creative or more involved such as weekend events or destination events. Please allow me to be a part of it with an estimate for you. We can create a 2 or 3 day plan for you.
